These days, I notice that everyone seems very busy,
but there are fewer people to truly talk to.
We have so many connections on social media,
yet real conversations are becoming rare.
Maybe everyone is just trying to survive in their own way.
Being okay isn’t easy anymore, but I still choose to hope.

Staying well truly matters.
