Greetings friends from SWC I'm Ramsses and below I will show you a routine to make the straddle planche from scratch.
Primer ejercicio, es el más común y efectivo de todos es la lean planche con este ejercicio mejoraremos nuestro adelantamiento y resistencia.
First exercise, it is the most common and effective of all is the lean planche with this exercise we will improve our advancement and resistance.
Por 
Segundo ejercicio, haremos este ejercicio llamado rana avanzada nos ayudará a resistir más nuestra plancha y mejoraremos nuestra postura.
Second exercise, we will do this exercise called advanced frog, it will help us to resist our plank more and we will improve our posture.

Tercer ejercicio, en este ejercicio mantendremos en posicion de tuck plancha el máximo segundo.

Cuarto ejercicio, por último para terminar haremos fondos en barras paralelas esto nos ayudara a nuestros hombros.
