I heard the hype and jumped in with my boots on and bought with a frenzy that bordered on panic. I didn't want to miss the good coin rises. The lesson I've learned is to relax, there is plenty of time to get in. Take a month to watch and learn before you invest. Avoid ICO crazes. Watch the ups and downs of a few good coins and get them on sale. Breathe; there will be other opportunities if you miss a good one. Hope this helps someone.
