Hi dear firend, the big difference is that it is the USA there is more seriousness, I do not believe that justice will be done in Colombia, this is a shame personally I have panic at the police unfortunately there are very evil and sadistic human beings and somehow they reach the security forces and every time they have a chance they unleash their madness against some helpless soul
