Educational institutions in Bangladesh have been closed since March 2020 due to corona infection. After a year and a half of continuous closure, the month of September has started teaching in the educational institutions following certain rules. The education minister held a meeting with the officials of the department on Sunday due to the increase in corona infection at the moment. It was decided at that meeting that the educational institutions will not be closed now. However, in that meeting, the education minister has given more emphasis on the issue of teaching students.
