I think it's fantastic that you point the lesser known parts of hive, like passion and personality or engagement.
It's great that you remind content creators about the importance of engagement and being active in their respective communities. Especially people like me, who aren't the most social or might not be big on engagement really need a reminder that this is less a single blogging effort, but a community of people!
