Problem With My Internet Connection

Good evening to all of you my dear beloved stemians! Hope that you all are doing well. It's already 9:20 PM here at Philippines, and I can't sleep because I need to finish my work task online this evening but, I can't do it because my internet connection was not good and it gives me headaches.

We have thought yesterday that the company disconnects our internet because we don't have a connection in the whole day. But we paid them before the due date of our bills so there is no reason to disconnect our internet connections. We tried to contact the company but their number is busy. My brother was unplugged the modem and plug it this early morning so far, the connections still not good. And until now I can't do work well because of bad internet connections.

We have five years contracts to our internet service provider that is why we can't quickly disconnect and transfer to other company if we want to end our contract we need to pay the 3 years we left in that contract. Hopefully, tomorrow everything will be fine.
