The official circular by the RBI ( Reserve Bank of India), which was circulated on the 6th of April’18. It says the banks, payment banks, NBFCs,small finance banks and payment system providers to withdraw their services within three months.
The exchanges will remain operational and nothing is said in account of them. A petition has been filed and people are opposing this circular.
