Today I am telling about a very useful fruit. Which is rarely available . In many countries ,it's not found. It's name is Ambala fruit.

how to get?

It is found in uttar pradesh (India). But rarely found in some cities of uttar pradesh. My city name is Bareilly where you can easily get ambala tree.
It's tree is big as mango tree. The petals size is medium. This seems fruit in rainy season like in the month of July and August.

Uses of Ambala fruit!

You can use ambala fruit in many ways. You make vegetable of ambala. You can eat it raw because it's taste is sour. You can also make pickle of this fruit.

For making pickle you can follow these points-

  • First you have insole, cut into small pieces.
  • Then you collect all pieces and then it is to spice.
  • Then fill this in a big bottle with some salt and mustard oil.
  • After some time you can use it as a yummy pickle.

Advantages?

  • Ambala fruit is a main source of vitamin c because of sour taste. Which is very advantageous in summer session.
  • It gives strength to the bones of our body.
  • It fresh mind.
  • It enhances intelligence.
