The genus Lissachatina, or better known as snails, is a type of land snail that is often found in bushes at night. Snails are animals that live in humid and warm environments, and have a characteristic shell shape that protects their bodies. When night falls, snails come out of hiding in the bushes in search of food. They usually eat leaves and other plants around where they live. Even though they look slow, snails are actually quite efficient in finding food by moving their slippery bodies and secreting mucus.
