The Greek word 'Tele' means the distance, and the Latin word 'Vision' means the meaning. It was possible to send the first fixed picture through wire in 1862. Then in 1873 scientists discovered the method of sending photos through May and Smith Electronic Signal. The British scientist John Logie Baird discovered the first television in 1926 and was able to send white black images away to the electronic broadcast.
