I like poems written for children as well, and it is the rhymes that I think fascinates us with poetry as children. My love of poetry started with the famous poem 'The Night Before Christmas' by Clement Clark Moore. My grandmother used to read it to me every Christmas Eve... that memory still makes me smile to this day. I made a YouTube reading of it if you want to hear it.
