Hi Jayna 👋

Yeah, scuba diving is one of those experiences that helped snap me out of cyclical thinking and behavior. Sometimes it just takes one profound experience that disproves the negative narrative that the mind has been building upon for decades to break the cycle, even if for just a moment. I found that catharsis echoes from that moment, and the recognition that the world is not as I'd built it in my head.

Then there is an opening for healing 🌱 and new growth.
