I agree 100% with what you're saying here Cesar, for me it is like society is devaluing a huge part of what makes humans unique. It isn't a question of extrovert vs introvert, there is room to nurture people with either personality traits, yet in schools and even (as you point out) among parents there is these fears that a child being shy or quiet is some type of flaw. Yet I guarantee that if those teachers/parents were given a magical microscope that could peer into the mind of that child they would be astounded with what they see.

Also, a big percentage of musicians, artists and writers are introverts, in fact I personally think that most people who are introverted have a bias towards creative intelligence, I know I do. I can utilize my analytical intelligence, but it is always a struggle, whereas problem solving using creative methods comes easy for me.

That societal conditioning toward labelling extroverts as 'winner' personalities is damaging for all as it creates an imbalance in our output as a species.
