Yeah, I think it is worse still in the USA but it is defo safer if you're white.

Everything is underground here in the UK. For E.g. I went on fbook today and basically said 'here come the racists' on a post from the daily express about the murder of a woman in Liverpool city centre.

An awful event that anyone with an ounce of compassion should care about how the family of that poor woman feels rather than turning it into an issue of political debate. But I knew it was going to go that way because I've seen 100's of fbook posts from 'so called' national newspapers printing these stories and then watching the racists descend to try and hijack the narrative.

Before I could even finish that post 6 different comments had gone up saying it is immigrants, or 'we all know who did this' or 'send them back home and this will stop happening'.

The police hadn't released any info about the ethnicity or gender of the suspect. But within a few hours I was bombarded with comments of all types, from people who thought they had the intelligence to argue their racist views to out and out threats and abuse.

It is what it is, I knew I was trolling them to an extent so I took my medicine. I told the aggressive racists what I thought of them and then blocked the lot of them, a tactic I know they hate as they want to draw you into hours of back and forth. And then I added this comment...

But then I start getting friend requests from people I don't know (luckily I have my fbook locked down quite tight), one of whom I identified through google research as someone who had been investigated by the FBI for running an online criminal marketplace, along with hacking offences.

When I check out his profile I find oblique evidence that he is tied to the far right and swiftly declined his friend request and blocked him.

The point I'm making is that this guy was sent by someone to try and either gain knowledge about me, or take control of my fbook account.

And that is what you get for freedom of speech in the UK at the moment if you're intelligently critical of the far right.

I don't feel safe, but at the same time I refuse to feel fear from those who trade in fear as currency. They are human garbage.

The one thing that disgusts me is the modern penchant for news outlets to see sensationalism (and the attention and therefore money it can make them) as more important than unbiased, fact-based journalism.

I still have the same old health issues, but I have had a breakthrough with some of the symptom management using a very surprising natural medicine that I'm going to write a blog about either today or tomorrow.

People on a certain Fbook community have asked me to outline the method and recipe to make this topical pain medicine. So I told them it was easier for me to write a blog and link it to them.
