Stephanie McEvoy, organizer of some Topp events in Ottawa, speaks to dealing with city of Ottawa

Stephanie is one of the organizers of the James Topp events in Ottawa. Here she discusses what at least
appears to be bad faith negotiations by the City of Ottawa. Much like Rolling Thunder, it appears that the city
worked with her, not to make the events succesful, peaceful and safe for all, but in fact to get the informaiton
they needed to make it impossible to accomplish at all.
