Matteo Salvini just had the same dirty trick played on him as did Geert Wilders and Marine Le Pen. The Parliament revoked his immunity for saying and doing some things that parliamentarians enjoy (which all people should have as a basic right) in order to retry him for stopping boats full of illegals from docking in Italy and getting special status rather than be arrested and sent back.
