I was looking for a perfect markdown parser to parse the steem post content from its APIs, and wasted a lot of time on it.
Finally, I found a node package! but I was not able to directly use this with node 8.9.4 and had to compile it with babel first.
The next challenge was, I didn't want to use the provided react structure and instead give my own styling to it.
So, I published a new node package! for this which is compatible with node 8.9.4 as is and provides the parsed post content in a neat and clean manner.
I will be working on more such reusable components for steem in future and I welcome the requests for same as well :)
