As on the previous occasion, I will again take part in a superior contest held by the Hive Learners community, of course, it is not foreign to you. In the second edition of Week 18 this time we will discuss something very interesting, namely about Motivation. A very interesting title because we all have the motivation to achieve the success we want. This motivation can come from anywhere, including from our different life experiences, so we all have different motivations, so that we continue to strive to be able to achieve the success we want.
As the title I have described above, it already slightly represents the motivation that I want to discuss. We all want to be successful, and we will try as hard as we can to achieve the success we want, but sometimes the success we want doesn't come and ends in failure, on the other hand we see other people who have had success so that sometimes it makes us even more annoyed. . That's where I think everyone has their own path to success, we don't need to be jealous because we can also get the success we want, the most important thing is that we must keep trying for sure when the time has come we will get that success.
Everyone has their own level of success, so we just need to try and not give up easily, because everyone has their own path to success. There is an easy path to success because he was born of a rich person and has facilities that always support his path of success. There are also those whose path to success is very difficult maybe because he was born from a simple family so he has to try a little harder to get the success he wants.
In my opinion, the most important thing is that we must continue to try to achieve the success we want, never be afraid to fail because actually failure is the beginning for us to achieve success, because we can learn from the failures we experience, so that we will not get the same failure and will be more careful and can come up with other, better ideas.
The path of success is influenced by many things, be it from family, environment and ourselves. I've heard a sentence that is unique, maybe we've all heard it. The sentence reads like this "smart people will lose to lucky people". It may sound silly but in reality it is like that. For example, when we have tried hard to get into a company or but we fail because there are people who have connections from within and can be accepted in the company easily. We cannot do anything about it because it is one of the bitter and cruel parts of today's world of work.
We should never compare the success of others. We never know what struggles they have done to get to that point. Comparing ourselves with others will never end, we only need to evaluate the extent of the struggles we have done so that we can continue to strive to be better. We must have a target that we want to achieve so that we continue to be motivated to make it happen.
Everyone's life path is different, and everyone must have their own time to get the success they want. We all just need to try because every good effort we do we will definitely get good results, it's just that sometimes we just need to be patient because we don't know when it will be our turn to be successful, everything has been ordained by God, it can be fast or even slow, the most important thing we have to be patient because we never know when our destiny will be successful we can only try because God has written the best destiny for all of us.
