Hola amigos de la comunidad. Hoy me gustaría hablar de uno de los peores miedos que me parece que en muchas ocasiones sufrimos todos y nos impide lograr nuestros objetivos. Es el miedo a equivocarnos ya que como no tenemos el control del resultado de todas nuestras decisiones este nos frena el impulso, nos quita la alegría y más aún nos empaña la visión de un camino que veíamos bien claro hasta el momento que tenemos que tomar acción ¿Les ha sucedido?
Hello friends of the community. Today I would like to talk about one of the worst fears that I think we all suffer in many occasions and prevents us from achieving our goals. It is the fear of being wrong because as we do not have control of the outcome of all our decisions, it slows down our momentum, takes away our joy and even more it blurs the vision of a path that we saw very clear until the moment we have to take action. Has it happened to you?
La realidad es que siempre tenemos la posibilidad de ganar o perder mientras hagamos algo, pero si no hacemos el intento siempre estaremos perdiendo porque no veremos ningún resultado. Lo bueno de equivocarse a tiempo es tener la oportunidad de rectificar y saber que hemos dado un paso más hacia la meta, además de desarrollar nuestro proceso creativo con la generación de nuevas ideas. Si estamos en lo correcto con nuestra decisión entonces lo habremos logrado.
The reality is that we always have the possibility of winning or losing as long as we do something, but if we do not make the attempt we will always be losing because we will not see any results. The good thing about making a mistake in time is to have the opportunity to rectify and know that we have taken a step closer to the goal, as well as to develop our creative process with the generation of new ideas. If we are right with our decision then we will have succeeded.
Cuando nos ponemos a observar a los niños con detalle siempre nos reímos con lo que dicen, hacen o preguntan más por su inocencia que por su equivocación. Solo actúan, buscan lo que quieren, y si no lo consiguen vuelven a empezar. Todos deberíamos buscar ese niño interno y permitirnos equivocarnos porque no somos perfectos.
When we observe children in detail we always laugh at what they say, do or ask more because of their innocence than because they are wrong. They just act, look for what they want, and if they don't get it they start again. We should all look for that inner child and allow ourselves to make mistakes because we are not perfect.
