Be a child
We are only seemingly very much; We are not separated in depth. Only that visible part is separate, the invisible part is still one. "Those who think they know do not know," the Upanishads say. Because the same belief in knowing does not allow you to know. When you think you are ignorant, you become vulnerable and open.
Be kind to children so that your eyes are full of surprises. Then you can hardly determine if the thoughts you have in your head belong to you or come out. Because you have lost all control tools. However, you should not worry; Because there is basically a mind and that is the cosmic mind. It can be called God or, in Jung's words, collective unconscious.

At first it is difficult to tell if these thoughts belong to you, come from somewhere else, or someone else sends you a message and you receive it. These thoughts do not come from somewhere, but come from the deepest core of your being, and that is the core of everyone else's being.
The truly original Beck does not have anyone's signature, it just exists. It has arisen from a collective subconscious, from the universe, from a mind. When the individual mind - the carnal mind - is at ease, the cosmic mind overcomes you.
