Pinar del Río, más amigos y más café / Pinar del Río, more friends and more coffee (ESP/ENG))

Hola por acá nuevamente familia de Hive Cuba, en mi pasada publicación les estuve contando sobre mi tertulia con un grupo de amistades de diferentes provincias occidentales en el Café Literario Cuba Libro, donde realmente la pasamos genial, algunos de ellos son pinareños, así que esta vez nos tocó a una parte de los habaneros ir a la hermosa provincia de Pinar del Río a encontrarnos con nuestros amigos allá.

Hello here again Hive Cuba family, in my last publication I was telling you about my gathering with a group of friends from different western provinces at the Café Literario Cuba Libro, where we really had a great time, some of them are from Pinar del Río, so this time it was up to a part of us from Havana to go to the beautiful province of Pinar del Río to meet our friends there.

El día comenzó bien temprano porque tuvimos que levantarnos sobre las 4am para estar sobre las 5 y tanto de la madrugada en el puente de 100 para ahí abordar un camión para Pinar del Río. Como no podía faltar llevamos café y algo para merendar en el camino. Salimos para pinar a las 6am y ya sobre las 10am estábamos bajándonos del camión para encontrarnos con nuestros amigos.

The day started very early because we had to get up around 4am to be at the 100 bridge around 5 or so in the morning to board a truck for Pinar del Río. As it couldn't be missed, we brought coffee and something to snack on the way. We left to pine at 6am and around 10am we were getting out of the truck to meet our friends.

Cabe mencionar que nosotros somos un grupo de amigos que se conoció online mediante grupos de WhatsApp relacionados con el mundo de Harry Potter, donde hacemos diferentes dinámicas y actividades relacionadas con ese mundo y y habemos personas de muchas edades diferentes e incluso de diferentes países, pero ya de eso les hablaré más adelante, el tema es que algunos de los que salimos ese día, ni siquiera nos conocíamos en persona, sin embargo por la magia de esos gustos afines y modos de pensar que nos unen, el encuentro pareció como si nos conociéramos de toda la vida, así que nos recibieron con besos y fuertes abrazos.

It is worth mentioning that we are a group of friends who met online through WhatsApp groups related to the world of Harry Potter, where we do different dynamics and activities related to that world and there are people of many different ages and even from different countries, but now I'll talk to you about that later, the issue is that some of us who went out that day did not even know each other in person, however, due to the magic of those similar tastes and ways of thinking that unite us, the meeting seemed as if we had known each other all our lives, so we met. They received us with kisses and strong hugs.

Luego fuimos a un bar donde pasamos un buen rato, haciendo historias graciosas, tomando café y otras cosas como unas ricas micheladas.

*Then we went to a bar where we had a good time, telling funny stories, drinking coffee and other things like some delicious micheladas.

Los mayores del grupo (Ana de 25, Yohan de 27 y yo que casi voy a cumplir 30 años) fuimos los que pedimos cervezas y compartimos como amigos de muchos años, cuando en realidad ahora es que hace un años que nos conocemos y la mitad del tiempo ha sido por chat. Pero esa es la magia que tienen las buenas amistades, que cuando tienen cosas en común y surge el cariño, no importa que no haya habido nunca contacto físico.

The oldest of the group (Ana, 25, Yohan, 27, and I will almost turn 30 years) were the ones who ordered beers and shared as friends for many years, when in reality we have known each other for a year and half of the time has been by chat. But that's the magic of good friendships, that when they have things in common and affection arises, it doesn't matter that there has never been physical contact.

Creo q las imágenes hablan por si solas, y no, antes de que lo piensen, no estábamos borrachos 🤣. Ese día también era el cumpleaños de Yohan y había decidido celebrarlo con nosotros así que le preparamos algo especial en conjunto con los encargados de bar.

I think the images speak for themselves, and no, before they posted it, we were not drunk 🤣. That day was also Yohan's birthday and he had decided to celebrate it with us so we prepared something special for him together with the bar managers.

Entre muchas sonrisas, carcajadas y buenos momentos, terminamos nuestras cervezas y cafés en el bar y salimos a dar un paseo por la Ciudad de Pinar del Río. Guidos por nuestras amigas pinareñas como no podía ser mejor.

Among many smiles, laughter and good times, we finished our beers and coffees at the bar and went for a walk through the City of Pinar del Río. Guided by our friends from Pinar del Río as it could not be better.

Yohan el cumpleañero decidió comprarles rosas a las chicas y les regaló una a cada una, dándoles una sorpresa en un regalo sencillo pero tierno, un gesto que se ha ido perdiendo en estos tiempos.

Yohan, the birthday boy, decided to buy roses for the girls and gave them one each, giving them a surprise in a simple but tender gift, a gesture that has been lost these days.

Después de caminar un rato nos sentamos a descansar y seguir haciendo cuentos y compartiendo buenas vibras.

After walking for a while we sat down to rest and continue telling stories and sharing good vibes.

PD: La Chica en el móvil es Kelly ella es de Ciego de Ávila y no pudo ir, pero no dejó de estar presente al menos en video llamada y así mismo sucedió con otras amistades de otras provincias y otros países, que tampoco habían podido estar.

PS: The Girl on the cell phone is Kelly, she is from Ciego de Ávila and could not go, but she did not stop being present at least in a video call and the same thing happened with other friends from other provinces and other countries, who had not been able to be there either.

Para finalizar la visita a nuestros amigos, fuimos a almorzar para una cafetería y como era de esperarse ya en este punto, la seguimos pasando genial.

To finish the visit with our friends, we went to a cafeteria for lunch and as expected at this point, we continued having a great time.

Luego de recargar las energías del cuerpo y del alma, nos tocó la despedida pero no sin la promesa de volvernos a reunir. Nosotros regresamos a la Habana con la satisfacción de haber pasado un día perfecto, pero sé que en cuando tengamos la posibilidad volveremos a visitar a nuestras amistades en Pinar del Río, sinceramente me encantó.

After recharging the energies of the body and the soul, it was our turn to say goodbye but not without the promise of meeting again. We returned to Havana with the satisfaction of having spent a perfect day, but I know that when we have the chance we will visit our friends in Pinar del Río again, I honestly loved it.
