I finished reading the book: The Chain by Adrian McKinty. Recommended 100%. From the first moment it caught me keeping a line with a lot of tension, which does not allow you to stop reading it. Easy to read and without a lot of frills....
It was important for me to read this book because it allowed me to resume reading, since I had a long time without reading a complete work and also set myself a goal to read 12 books in this year 2023 at least.
The last book I read was: The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafón. Book that my sister gave me in Venezuela in December 2021, when she visited us from Peru. An excellent book, which I recommend.
Reading takes us to unsuspected, wonderful worlds... it distracts us, we learn and allows us to perform a pleasurable and beneficial activity for our mental health. Here in Bogota I have read in parks, cafes and of course at home in times of leisure and recreationally while waiting for an event.
In Venezuela I always tried as much as possible to take a book with me everywhere I went... To motivate family, friends and relatives to read. I think we should show more physical books. There is always a curious person who asks and another one who might be interested. Here in Bogota I always try to bring a book... There are many opportunities to read and to share what I read with other people.
I will surely share with you the next book I will finish. Until the next reading.

Terminé de leer el libro: La cadena de Adrian McKinty. Recomendado 100%. Desde el primer momento me atrapó, manteniendo una línea con mucha tensión que no te permite dejar de leerlo. De fácil lectura y sin muchas florituras...
Fue importante para mí leer este libro porque me permitió retomar la lectura, ya que tenía mucho tiempo sin leer una obra completa y ponerme, además, como meta leer 12 libros en este año 2023 como mínimo.
El último libro leído por mi fue: La sombre del Viento de Carlos Ruiz Zafón. Libro que me regaló mi hermana en Venezuela, en diciembre de 2021, cuando nos visitó procedente del Perú. Un excelente libro, el cual recomiendo, también.
La lectura nos lleva a mundos insospechados, maravillosos... nos distraé, aprendemos y permite realizar una actividad placentera y beneficiosa para nuestra salud mental. Aquí en Bogotá he leído en parques, cafés y, por supuesto, en mi casa en tiempos de ocio y de forma recreativa también a la espera de un evento.
Siempre en lo posible trataba en Venezuela de llevar un libro conmigo a todas partes... Para motivar la lectura en familiares, amigos y allegados. Creo que debemos mostrar más los libros físicos. Siempre hay un curioso que pregunta y a otro que le interese tal vez. Aquí en Bogotá trato de llevar siempre un libro... Son muchas las oportunidades que se presentan para leer y para compartir lo que leo con otras personas.
De seguro les compartiré cual será el próximo libro que termine. Hasta la próxima lectura.
