Assalamualaikum friends, this time I found a very sour fruit, namely Averrhoa bilimbi or also called starfruit.
So this fruit is planted next to my house because the fruit is very useful starting from an important ingredient for making sauce, making sour, and can also be used to clean stains on the bathtub, floor, and others.
Therefore we plant it, while making sour fruit, the fruit chosen is young fruit or old fruit is also allowed and the method is by mixing it with salt and drying it until dry to become sour.
