Today I decided I would take a morning walk. I would bite the bullet and put one foot in front of the other and just GO!!
I am of course super happy to report I SURVIVED. There is something to be said about being over 40 and making an adhoc decision to throw caution to wind. But no matter how you slice I took the plung.
While I was on my walk I kept thinking about things. The different types of trees, the various car types going by and the other walkers out and about. I guess the mere point to all of this is that we are truly NEVER alone. Even when there is noone physically around we have our thoughts. I believe that is why it is so very important to remember that our thoughts become things. So guide your thoughts carefully and choose wisely the words you use with YOURSELF.
Because no matter where you go... you will always take YOU with YOU.
