Here I am again with a little cute amigurumi project for you to try out. This is a little amigurumi heart with two colors. Originally, I made this to apologies to someone I love for a mistake of mine. It is better to apologies in a lovely way… So they cannot resist forgiveness 🙊😁.
So this is one heart.. but not one heart it is also two hearts. Two hearts hugging each other and becomes one. This is how I thought about it. This is not much of a big heart, but a little one. Let me share about making it.
I have used 4mm hook with 3ply acrylic yarns holding together.
Colors are red and white. Used some half beads for eyes and cotton tread for sewing the mouth.
Mc- Magic Ring
sc - Single Crochet
inc - Increase
dec- Decrease
R for row number
R 1 – Mc, 6sc -> (6)
R 2 – (inc)6 -> (12)
R 3 – (sc,inc)6 -> (18)
R 4-5 – sc in each stitch ->(18)
Make two pieces of row 1 to 5(two pieces should be using two colors) and join them together as follow
R 6 – 18sc (white) then change color and 18sc(red) -> (36)
R 7 – 18sc in each stitch (white) then change color and 18sc in each stitch(red) -> (36)
R 8 – (4sc,dec)3 (white), change color(4sc,dec)3 (red) -> (30)
R 9 -15sc in each stitch (white) then change color and 15sc in each stitch(red) -> (30)
R 10 – (3sc,dec)3(white), change color, (3sc,dec)3(red) -> (24)
R 11 - 12sc in each stitch (white) then change color and 12sc in each stitch(red) -> (24)
R 12 – (2sc,dec)3(white), change color, (2sc,dec)3(red) -> (18)
R 13 - 9sc in each stitch (white) then change color and 9sc in each stitch(red) -> (18)
R 14 – (Sc,dec)3(white), change color, (Sc,dec)3(red) -> (12)
R 15 - 6sc in each stitch (white) then change color and 6sc in each stitch(red) -> (12)
R 16 – (dec)3(white), change color,(dec)3(red) ->(6)
Hand :
9ch, skip last three slip stitch to 6th stitch, 3ch slip stitch to 6th one, 3ch slip stitch to 6th one. 6sc into each ch. (four of this to sew in two sides of the heart).
