I was busy before he arrived so my brother was the one who helped him. I wasn't aware that he was crying unhatched 4 eggs. They were able to helped one of the chick since it was starting to cracked it shell. The other one was too weak and he really needs to be extra careful peeling off the shell.
These are the actual photo of these two chicks.
I asked my nephew about what really happened and he told me that the mother hen abondened her eggs even if it doesn't hatched yet. I was surprised and never knew that mother hen can abondened her chicks like that. I thought that some humans can do it to their child but in animals case, it was very few and in fact it was my first time seeing an animal to leave their babies so soon.
This chick looks so weak and it is hard to take out the shell at the bottom with traces of blood that makes me worry for his safety. I brought some dried grass and put them under the sun because we knew that sunlight can help them to dry and feel good. After few hours my nephew took those chicks and I haven't seen them.
While writing this afternoon, I asked my nephew where is the 2 chicks and he said that they were fine. I took my phone and took some photo of them reunting with their mother. I'm a bit confused why does the mother hen did that do her chicks if she can keep them like this? They were inside a cage with the rest of other chicks.
I've seen this one chick sleeping outside that cage and because it was sleeping I easily get this chick with my hand. I carefully held it with my hand and gave him photo shoot session lol :)
I hope that this chicks can grow healthy and their mother will protect them at all times. Summer heat is on and it's really really burns when staying outside so I guess animals will suffer too. Wishing these chicks to be full grown! Thanks for reading my story today. ❤
