On a Monday morning, when all employee got to work, they saw their boss waiting for them at the door side "Yesterday, the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym"
At first, everyone was sad for the loss but after a while, they grew curious to know who the man was who hindered their growth.
At the funeral, the employees were excited to finally learn the man's identity. "Who is this guy who was hindering my progress" One said. "At least he's gone now" said another. Each employee had a chance to visit the coffin, but each became speechless once they looked inside.
It was as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. Inside the coffin was only a mirror. Everyone who looked inside could see themselves.
