Hello, dear community!
Today we're going to examine a few photos I took of a couple of flowering plants in my garden. They are the kind of flowering plants that you typically find in our homes in smaller pots due to their beauty and stature.
The first one is known here as the 10 o'clock flower because the plant blooms in the morning and dies in the afternoon. I looked it up on Wikipedia and it is known as "Portulaca Grandiflora Rosa."
The other is a species of small purple terrestrial orchid that grows spiky and fragile and is known as "Spathoglottis plicata" according to Wikipedia.
I offer you the black and white and color versions, as always. I appreciate your comments and would like to know your favorites.

Hoy vamos a ver las fotos que tom茅 de un par de plantas con flores en mi jard铆n. Son de esas plantas que solemos tener en casa, en macetas peque帽as, por su belleza y poco tama帽o.
La primera se conoce aqu铆 como la flor de las diez am, porque florece por la ma帽ana y se marchita por la tarde. La busqu茅 en Wikipedia y se llama "Portulaca grandiflora rosa".
La otra es una especie de orqu铆dea terrestre peque帽a, de color p煤rpura, que crece espigada y fr谩gil, y se llama "Spathoglottis plicata", seg煤n Wikipedia.
Como siempre, les ofrezco las versiones en blanco y negro y a color. Agradezco sus comentarios y me gustar铆a saber cu谩l es su favorita.
