Contrasts 🇨🇺

Hello, dear community!

I'm going to share today a photo I took in Havana years ago. The contrast between the guy working and the other sitting in a wheelchair drew me, so I captured a photograph unthinkingly as one spontaneously occurred to me. Much later, I discovered more contrasts in the image I had previously missed.

Starting with the most evident, for instance, is the contrast between light and shadows, a result of the low angle of the sun. Two cars are also visible in the backdrop, one antiquated and one contemporary; one is a taxi and the other a sedan. Coincidentally, the cab is following the guy who is working; the sedan is chasing the guy who cannot work.

Sometimes we find scenarios we don't anticipate and only only after we carefully examine the images do we notice those elements we missed.
