Rewards : You can see the last 7 days of rewards earned(Author + Curation) on daily basis and you also get cumulative value of rewards earned in last 30 days.
Operation : It shows you blockchain operation performed by your account or on your account like voting ,commenting ,notifiying ,post creation and custon json transaction with games, etc.
Hivestats also allow you to see your Hive-Engine token data also. You get full information about your HE token hold and staked and in operation tabs you get your operational data regarding HE token like staked ,earned(Author + Curation) or transferred etc.

Yes, this tool help you in calculating your curation APR and that look very nice feature to me. I am actually surprised to see my APR above 16%
