Picture a day - a catcher. in the rye.

I was weeding off the strawberries at my garden today (I live in a northern area, the climate is marshy here, and the garden for a couple of years has been overgrown with moss). A few grape snails grazed in it ... and I could not resist the temptation, stepped back into the house, took the camera and dedicated the next 40 minutes to uneasy business of snails' shepherding -- and macro photography.

Сегодня я пропалывал на своем огороде грядку с клубникой. Местность у нас северная. климат болотистый, и грядка за пару лет изрядно заросла мхом. В нем паслась эта улитка... я не смог сопротивляться искушению, сходил в дом за камерой и посвятил полчаса делу пасения улиток -- и макрофотографии.
