so.... an Imprisoned Octopus!

Location: Park Pobedi, St.Petersburg, Russia.
Materials used: pure white snow, and nothing but snow (well, except of the hands, as well). So, its quite an eco-friendly octopus!

Why an octopus, one may ask? Well... I am fond of sea creatures since my teenage years (too much reading books about coral reefs is to blame!), and my 10 y.o. babygirl is extremely fond of octopuses, it is one of her favourite creatures. We always stop by, whenever we see some at the shop, and I obtain sea food from time to time, and sometimes just fish in small quantaties, just for she could touch and hold it a bit in her hands. Weird? Well, maybe. Humans are weird creatures...

We had an evening walk to the local Auchan mall to have some pizza, and on the way back home, we felt a bit inspired by the fish section, so this turned out into spontaneous snow fun.

Luckily, I had the camera with me, on the next day I returned to shoot it again in the daylight, but it was already ruined... Snowmans' life is too short, as the lemmings say...
