Do you see any art of constructivizm influence here? I bet, the owner (or designer?) of the car have some fondness to this art period. Or re-invented its aesthetics himself. By the way, it is an old soviet minivan car named RAF (they have been producing at Riga) - rarely can be seen on the street nowadays. Most of them turned to rust...
