Qustodian - New bot feature

New feature update. Delegating to Qustodian, without delegating! :)

Upvote delegation feature

Even if you cannot delegate to Qustodian, you can still get a payout! :) All upvotes from the next post after this one will get you a delegation payout.

This is how it will work

1. At post payout in 7 days I will convert the SBD to STEEM. I will then add the curation earned from that post as well.
2. I will count all upvotes up to a maximum of 100 SBD per post. Every upvote after that will be considered a donation. It is first come first serve
3. I will check upvotes by order of time and allocate the SP proportionally
4. Only after you have accumulated 50 SP will payouts start, the transfers are too small for amounts smaller than this.
5. 60% of your contribution will count, the rest will improve delegator returns to ensure both delegation and upvotes are desirable

Here is an example

The post collects exactly 100 SBD in upvotes. At payout this is 37.5 SBD and 12.5 SP payout. I convert the SBD to STEEM and get 37.5 STEEM, this means 50 STEEM total or 50 SP.

Lets say the only two people voted equally, Bob and Sara. Bob gains 15 SP and Sara gains 15 SP delegation. The rest goes into the delegation pool.
