I’ve tried various tempe-based dishes; yesterday I made tempe cookies, and I thought they tasted so good that even my husband asked me to make them again. This time, it’s not a snack but a side dish to accompany the main course. I prepared this tempe just like a chicken dish because it really is that delicious."

"el fin de semana pasado mi esposo y yo volvimos a preparar rosół o caldo de pollo y les cuento que nuevamente quedó delicioso, pero esta vez para acompañarlo o de segundo plato decidimos preparar placki con una salsa de champiñones y quedó tan delicioso que tenía que compartir la receta con ustedes, además les cuento que era la primera vez de Olivia probando este plato y a ella le encantó también, y es que parece que a ella le encanta comer de todo y mi esposo y yo estamos felices por esto."
