@blocktrades raised an issue where the error message when you try to transfer to an user account that does not exist was not clear. It just displayed the regular transaction broadcast error without telling you what was wrong with the transaction.

So I changed the logic and looped through the error stack to find the reason.

Steemit Inc. reviewed by previous PR for 3Speak embedded player and requested a test for the regular expressions I added.

Hopefully, this would get the change to go through soon enough.
