• the raw blocks can be downloaded here http://files.privex.io/steem/block_log.lz4 but beware that it's 160+ GB in size and it's a binary file so you'd need to know what you are doing or use it with a witness / seed / api node
• https://hiveblocks.com/ allows you to browse the blocks
• https://www.npmjs.com/package/@hiveio/hive-js allows you to stream the blocks with NodeJS
• http://hivesql.io/ by @arcange allows you to query the blocks via MS SQL
