The major problems with the app are
the timer doesn't work. It timed down from 45 minutes to 2 minutes and hung for around an hour and a half and then the appointment was rejected. Maple has enough data to be able to predict how long a queue should be. It shouldn't be 90 minutes wrong
the appointment was rejected without any explanation of why
I tried again and got an appointment for a different description of the same problem
the doctor was unwilling to listen to more than one problem at a time. Imagine going to a shop and queuing for 4 hours and getting to the counter to be told you can only buy 1 item and you have to queue again for another probably 4 hours.
