最近哈尔滨市松北区北龙温泉酒店凌晨发生了一场大火，情景十分凄惨“消防安全重于泰山”，警钟长鸣！发生火灾是不可避免的，但是对于消防隐患我们是可以提前排查的，所以防消结合，做好检查排查工作是十分重要的。明天我们很荣幸请来了专一的消防知识培训吴老师，给我们讲解消防知识与防范，遇到火灾怎么逃生以及怎么排查消除，同时也说明我们对此的重视！希望大家学习以后会注意和改正一些“不良习惯”加强观念！P

本月也对新进的外场兄弟进行了，本职工作业务技能考核，当时他在3楼考核的是一间商务房，进行的是拖刮地项目，拖地的时候特别是夹角也没有遗漏，在刮地的时候也很有步骤，一个房间分为三部分处理，这样不光没有刮刀印而且还节约了很多时间，验收的时候自己还主动进行了简单的总结，最后在用时和整体干净成度上取得了这次考核中获得了第一名的好成绩。t

本月的晚班聚餐又是大家一起开心度过，由于现在天气比较冷在选择用餐地点的时候震哥不但考虑大家对外边天气的影响又想氛围欢快，最后争取大部分家人的意见选择了用餐地点。这次有几位家人是刚加入我们的团队，所以在分桌的时候就安排新老搭配，这样不会让新家人觉得单调枯燥，而且让他们也能适应聚餐的“节奏”慢慢的新家人对各部门熟悉也进行了酒“文化”的传递就像和和美美的大家庭！w

今天周三白班会把各楼层中转站整体卫生作为重点处理，从货架顶部到地面所有工具物品进行清洗归位使环境保持清洁整齐；3楼是孙豪兄弟处理的完毕后通知我进行检查，，进入中转站感觉就像到了“新华书店”整体卫生摆台井然有序，同时还主动把三楼房间里所有不锈钢卫生进行了处理，在没有安排的情况家自动自发工作，像这样的员工是值得开会表扬奖励值得大家学习。`

抖音这个软件没事了打开看看，里边的内容很是丰富多彩，今天关注了一个关于“生活小妙招”的里边有很多养生知识，废物利用等等，感觉很多都是平时生活中都经常接触的，自己也没有使用过，通过观看自己也收货了不少，比如吃完的荔枝皮，可以泡水喝，第一点起到下火的作用，吃荔枝本来是上火的。第二点荔枝皮泡水喝还可以治疗消化不良。第三点热水泡完洗手洗脚治疗瘙痒的小水泡。关于看抖音视频既然花时间看了就要有收获，也要控制好时间。f

开始为期七天的时间，今天是第一天，从影哥的生动而又幽默的讲话正式开始！有很多家人已经不止是一次的参加过回训，但是他们的心态和积极性并没有“缺失”，而是怀着“空杯”的心态来面对，晚班一共分为三队，各自起了队名，还有对歌照应，体现出大家的激情动力；今天主要是对队列动作进行练习，然而这并没有让大家感到枯燥，其中小小的队列PK使大家的激情再一次的提高，当然获胜小组还有饮料作为奖励，我相信在回训日子里大家定能“满载而归”！^

今天开班前会的时候也简单的和大家互动，说到新一年的开始大家也肯定会给自己定一个目标，通过自己的努力来实现，这样才会使生活充满意义，充满活力；开会的时候伟哥也说到2019年自己给自己定个目标，如果在实践中有什么“困难”可以借助公司的平台来协助完成实现自己的目标。人生因梦想而伟大！p
