i bought a used car once and i sign the papers, they dump out the envelope with ONE KEY in it. no backup, wow thanks.

lucky for me, i am the kind of person that doesn't lose keys but i was still pissed... and it was one of those weird honda keys so i couldn't just go copy it... civic was the best car i ever had. ..put like260k miles on it, almost zero problems
