I remember reading a story in one of Col. David Hackworth’s books about how when he was in Vietnam they dug up an enemy soldier complete with his AK47. This was when the Army was having problems with their M16’s. They fired the now-rusty AK (full auto IIRC) and it emptied the magazine without a single FTF.
