How are they measuring it? Is it just physical books sold within Sweden? What about books ordered online from another country? I wonder if it's like here in Australia where it costs $10 to get a book delivered within country, but it's free to get it delivered from the other side of the world (The Book Depository) and also the book itself is cheaper...
