Let's see the book of PROVERB 1:23-25 the word of God stretched out that God is calling us today to turn to his way and what is this God's way it is RIGHTEOUSNESS, SALVATION AND SANCTIFICATION but in a situation God calls us and we refuse to listen and answer him it demands that we have failed to listen to God's word and doctrine.
Returning to God simply means returning to God's Righteousness, us retrieving from filthy life and proclaiming Christ and his righteousness 1 JOHN 2:29 this is one of the reasons why we should return to God's way. listening to God's calling is not all about going to church or joining a church just for the person to fulfill all righteousness is not also about trying to become the member of his household let's us know that not because we have joined God's church we now think that we have given a listening ear to God's teaching or calling NO returning back to God simply means that we have accepted to be part of God it also means we have accepted his reproof and never shall we forsake his gathering again.
ROMANS 12:9 answering God's call or returning to God's doctrine shows that we must forsake that which is evil and do that which is good in God's sight and in the congregation of the people of God forsaking the old man in us which is sin and 1 THESSALONIANS 4:7 our heavenly father calls us not for us to remain unclean or unjust or to remain as a sinner he called us that we might be redeemed and be holy, purified in heart and in soul to stand before him so let's us know that God is not only calling us to join the CHURCH of God but he is calling us for our redemption and sanctification he is calling us because we are his body and this body is the church of God. God is faithful never to forsake our fellowship and the gathering of his children according to 1 CORINTHIANS 1:9 so we are called to sanctification.
We must return to God to his church which is the ground truth our heavenly father has assigned us because the church of God is a place we will be grounded with God's true word according to JOHN 17:17 God also called us to return to his reproof for him to give us his holy spirit as our director in all that we do MATTHEW 28:18 and 1 TIMOTHY 3:15 when we accept God's calling we don't need to be told that we are to evangelized and draw soul's unto God proclaiming and teaching God's word to people all over the word as MCGI has shown us. God's calling demands that we must be patient and endure in God's House which is the church of God till Christ our creator come to diligently reward us
LESSON I LEARNT
RETURNING TO CALLING GOD'S WAY REPROOF AND DOCTRINE HAS A LOT WE CAN GAIN AND WE MUST ALSO DO
•When we return to God he will pour his spirit to us according to his word which entails spirit of positivity and the spirit of love and zealousness to God's word
•Returning to God means returning to God's righteousness and forsaking our evil ways and old man in us
•Listening to God's calling shows that our sanctification and purification both in mind and heart is certain
•When we turn to God's reproof we must endeavor to do good and forsake evil even as our heavenly father did.
CONCLUSION
Today's word of God was inspiring topic which every Christian must not fail to participate in it we must not fail to adhere to God's calling we must listen to his word his doctrine his teaching and all that he has commanded us knowing that God wants us to have a turn from our evil ways and follow up that steps which he has laid upon for us which is Christ love. When we listen to God calling not only that we will be sanctified but our faith will be lifted high and God's spirit of boldness will enhance and take charge In our life.
