The growth and success of a person is entirely depends upon their leader or teacher whom they were following. If the teacher or leader are bright and efficient enough to impart the correct knowledge then definitely their followers or student prosper in their life. It is just like a good teacher makes a good human. This is what is being shared today, through our Sanskrit scholars.
तस्येवाSभ्युदयो भूयाद्भानोर्यस्योदये सति|
विकासभाजो जायन्ते गुणिनः कमलाकराः||
Tasyevaabhyudayo bhooyaadbhaanoryasyodaye sati.
Vikaasabhaajo jaayante guninah kamalaakaraah.

Tasyevaabhyudayo = tasya + eva + abhyudayo,
Tasya = his.
Eva = really, thus.
Abhyudayo = elevation, rise.
Bhooyaadbhaanoryasyodayo = bhooyaat + bhaanoh + ysya + udaye.
Bhooyaat = happen.
Bhaanoh = the Sun.
Yasya = whose.
Udaye = rising.
Sati = truly.
Vikaasa = advancement.
Bhaajo = eligible, entitled for. Jaayante = become.
Guninah = noble and virtuous persons.
Kamalaakaraah = lotus flowers.
By giving a similenof Sun, the above lines means the following:
"The sun's brightness and intensity gradually increases after its rising in the morning causing the lotus flowers to bloom and advancement in the status of noble and virtuous persons".
Aa the lotus bloom, with the sun rises, similarly a common man prosper under a good knowledgeable persoon. In these lines the Sun symbolises a virtuous ruler, under whose rule noble and virtuous persons prosper like lotus flowers under the bright Sun.
