Rio Preguiças (Lazy River) - Barreirinhas, Maranhão State, Brazil. It is very common in this region of Brazil for people to use the river to have a bath, to do their laundry or just have some fun. I swam in it every day I spent in the region. The name Lazy River is well deserved since the waters are very calm and warm, once you get in it is hard to get out.
