My last quarter I had the pleasure of taking machine learning at school. I was shocked when I saw how math heavy it is and how the field is so wide and applies to nearly all disciplines (from art to hardware valuation). I believe it is important to encourage people to study this field as well as the field of AI because these two disciplines will soon become highly embedded in society.
