I have seen some YT content where some dig theirs up after 3 or 4 years, just to see what has happened to logs and such down under there. I might do that after another season. I think it would be interesting to find out!

Your water feature must provide some very peaceful times, for reflecting and relaxation, once the work on the garden is done for the day!
