And it was a lot of fun to make a collage again and admire the many creative works of the other LMACians.
Honestly, this round I was a bit jealous of some great collage ideas I found while browsing the community. But I won't tell you which ones. :-D

Und es hat wieder viel Spaß gemacht eine Collage zu basteln und die vielen kreativen Werke der anderen LMACianer zu bewundern.
Ehrlich gesagt, war ich in dieser Runde etwas neidisch auf einige tolle Collagen-Ideen, die ich beim Stöbern in der Community gefunden habe. Aber ich verrate nicht, welche. :-D
About the collage
There was no creative atmosphere when I was inspired to make this collage.
It was, as so often, real life. The collage itself, was just the opportunity to express my frustration about it.
It all started during the weekend, when I was sitting with friends in the garden enjoying a bottle of beer, and we were talking about the latest events in our lives.
The topic soon switched to the economic situation in our jobs and our country. No surprise, at this time a lot of people are affected by this matter. Probably even worldwide.
In our small circle, everyone had their own fresh worries about what might happen in the future.
Worries were expressed, solutions were discussed and there was also a lot of debate.
But in one point all were in agreement... It is obvious we, the little people, are once again becoming the victims of higher considerations of interests. Which of course is based on foolishness, greed and ruthless, geopolitical ambitions.
I am actually not good in politics and do not want to make this a politics blog.
So I leave it to the viewer to interpret what exactly I wanted to express in my collage. I hope it can be recognized at least a bit in it.
Über die Collage
Die Inspiration zu dieser Collage, kam mir leider nicht in einer kreativen Atmosphäre.
Es war, wie so oft, das wahre Leben. Die Collage selbst, war nur die Gelegenheit, meinem Unmut darüber Luft zu machen.
Alles begann am Wochenende, als ich mit Freunden bei einer Flasche Bier im Garten saß und wir uns über die neuesten Ereignisse in unseren Leben unterhielten.
Das Thema schwenkte bald zur wirtschaftlichen Situation in unseren Berufen und unseres Landes um. Kein Wunder, zur Zeit sind sehr viele von diesem Thema betroffen. Wahrscheinlich sogar weltweit.
In unserer kleinen Runde, hatte jeder so seine eigenen neuerlichen Sorgen um die Zukunft.
Sorgen kamen zum Ausdruck, Lösungen wurden besprochen und es wurde auch gehörig diskutiert.
Doch in einem Punkt waren sich alle einig... Wir kleinen Leute, werden scheinbar mal wieder zum Opfer höherer Interessensabwägungen. Die natürlich auf Unvernunft, Gier und rücksichtsloser, geopolitischer Bestrebungen fußt.
Ich bin eigentlich nicht gut in Politik und möchte hieraus auch keinen Politik-Blog machen.
So überlasse ich dem Betrachter zu deuten, was ich in meiner Collage genau ausdrücken wollte. Ich hoffe, es ist wenigstens ein Bisschen darin zu erkennen.

I created the following image elements myself for this collage:
- The branches, in Blender.
- The rope and the hook, painted in GIMP.
- The shadows, lights and the sunbeams, in GIMP.
- The writing on the sign, painted in GIMP.
- The moss on the branches, painted using Clone Painting in GIMP.
- The tongue of the snake, painted in GIMP.

Für das Erstellen dieser Collage habe ich einige Bild-Elemente aus Fotos verwendet. Ich habe mich dazu Bildern aus der #LIL und von Pixabay bedient. Siehe Tabelle unten, bitte.
Folgende Bild-Elemente habe ich selbst für diese Collage erstellt:

What is LMAC?
LMAC is a great community for artists of all skill levels. The name of the community is an abbreviation and stands for "Let's make a collage".
Just take a look. Even if you think you are not an artist, LMAC will probably prove you wrong.

Are you a good photographer and would like to contribute some nice good quality photos in exchange for good votes and tribute?
We are currently building our own photo/image library that we can use as a image source for our collages, but also every Hiver beyond LMAC is very welcome to use the images in it.
