Apart from eating meat and animal products I think the amount of plastic waste I produce is a problem. I buy plastic bottles; food packed in plastic, sometimes even in multiple layers of it.

Plastic has multiple problems:

1. It is today mostly made of oil which is a limited resource.
2. There are a lot of different kinds of plastics which makes them hard to recycle → the resource oil is lost.
3. Most types of plastic are non-biodegradable → if they land somewhere in nature they will stay there for a long time.

Especially the last issue will face a problem for future generations → they will hate me for producing plastic waste.
